I contacted them to see if they had emergency availability b/c my tooth appendix had burst and i needed a root canal. Fortunately they had a cancellation that morning and got me right in. Right away I was impressed by their professionalism and bedside manner. The doctor explained everything thoroughly and not only completed the root canal that day, but fixed some issues I had been having with my bite. Best visit to the dentist I've ever had to date. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone living in the Jackson area!
As someone who's been terrified of the dentist my entire life, I didn't think I'd ever find an office where I felt truly comfortable. Everyone here is incredibly kind, and I'm so thankful to have found them!

Very rude receptionist poor customer service. She hung up on me after asking her for any emergency appointments.
