I recently attended a funeral service at Williams-Thomas Funeral Homes and was touched by the compassion and support shown to the family by the funeral directors. The atmosphere was comfortable, while the facility was beautiful and tastefully decorated. The chapel also provided a peaceful sanctuary, which added a special touch during our time of need.

Willimas-Thomas Funeral Home is an upstanding business who I appreciate working with. Family-owned can make a big difference nowadays, and this is especially the case with the Williams's. Can't say enough good things about them.

I have called this funeral home about 10 times requesting to speak with Margaret who takes care of the financial end and as I understand a director also here and i have asked for a break down of a bundled charge. She responded to ONE call and still no concrete answer. I leave my phone number and another relative also called and left her number, she never even called her back either. Better business next step.
