Very responsive. Called right after I saw water leaking from the roof after the last winter storm. They came the next day and patched everything up by the day after. Everything is very fair, communication is top notch. I'm so impressed I'm having the roof replaced by them right now. Would absolutely keep using them for years to come.

Well.... my project was supposed to start a month ago.... but the owner still isn't answering his phone.... I hope I don't have to call the lawyers.... *Edit* was contacted with new start date. Hope things go well from this point on. Edit... 5/26 5/27 5/28 all days they were supposed to come start the job.... excuses each day Edit... new date 6/6/22 no show rescheduled for 6/7 6/7 no show no call......

BEWARE and STEER CLEAR. For your own protection please google “William Orner” (he calls himself Bill Thomas, William Thomas Contractors) to find out more on his background. Do not let this person on your property. He was incredibly and almost shockingly convincing on everything he was going to do on my project.
