The customer service provided by Charmaine Chavis ( I believe she is the manager) was rushed, extremely rude and unnecessary. If this is the kind of service provided for someone interested in renting an apartment there, I cannot imagine how bad the service is while you are actually living there. No wonder why their rating is under 4 starts.
Ms. Charmaine is a breath of fresh air! She's extremly warm and inviting. Me and my sister went there to see if there was any avalibility and she was so kind and insightful. Not to mention she was extrmemly helpful. Her staff is also very, very nice!! Hands down she a total rock start!! I would recommend anyone looking for a residance to reach out to Ms. Charmaine at William T. Rowe Apartments!! I give her 5+ stars!! Phenomenal woman.
Where do I start?? Ms. Charmaine is beyond awesome!! Everything she does with confidence. Hands down is the sweetest most down to earth woman I've ever meet. I had an opportunity to view an apartment in this building. It’s very well kept. The property manager Charmaine was very kind, knowledgeable and personable with myself and the tenants we encountered.
