came in this afternoon for an appointment with Dr. Kaylani Chandrasoma and I just need to say how TERRIBLE of an experience we had. I couldn’t get a word in without her speaking over me and assuming the ends of my sentences. I didn’t feel comfortable saying what was wrong with me because she just didn’t care to know. She rushed my diagnosis and ushered me out in less than 5 minutes. Me and my family have been visiting this medical centre for over 30 years, always received great attention from all the various Doctors working there , friendly staff and clean environment.. they accept walk-ins, which suits me best. Yes, there might be a wait but worth it 👌
Terrible experience with a nurse named Sruti. She is rude and didn't know how to talk to patients and people accompanying them nicely. Would better if they inform their staff to treat people nicely and respectfully instead of bringing unmannered people to work in this clinic.
My husband had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Kaylani.Chandrasoma Jan 6 @ 10:20am From the moment he walked in, he felt completely rushed and unheard. The doctor barely gave him a chance to explain how his injury happened or how he was coping with it. Instead of engaging in a meaningful discussion, they provided a generic, textbook response with information that was completely unhelpful. GP Khalil is the worst doctor to see. I took my mother for skin infection told her she was in pain and couldn't handle the pain . Instead of giving something for pain or infection she just gave her low dose of antidepressants and nothing for the pain and the infection.
