Dr Spencer is an excellent Doctor! He has great bedside manners and answers all your questions without being dismissive.
I was referred to Dr. Spencer from another great Dr. In the world of medicine it is hard to find any one who is actually a healer. Thats why i give 5 stars to Dr Spencer. Explained in great detail what the problem was. Gave us instructions to eleviate some of the issue. But when he actually preformed the procedure.removing a buildup of wax so bad we thought he was going deaf. Dr Spencer took his time to insure there was no pain. Absolutely an amazing doctor!!!
Very good staff, but didn’t see him the whole time until the 3rd or 4th visit and he walks in and tells me I needed surgery, which is apparently pretty common with him. Saw other ENT’s for second opinions, none saw surgery as a cure and saw no “severe” deviation of my septum. Personally, I would go elsewhere. I was helped elsewhere and it had zero to do with my “deviated” septum. P.S. I'm pretty sure Phyllis is a crackhead that he provided drugs to.
