Waited on hold over 30 minutes after mult attempts/days of waiting 7 min before call dropped. Had to reschedule an appointment they cancelled the day before after waiting months only to reschedule another 3 months away. Hope my 92 year old mom is able to make the appointment?! The worst part is trying to get the waiting music out of my head😂

I think Dr. Spear is a great Doctor. He always listens to my concerns. I don't feel like just another number.
Dr spear placed an ICD in me September 29, 2021. told me that I would have a better quality of life, more so than what I had. Had my two week follow up. My next appointment was for December 16, 2021. I Had to cancel, was given another for latter part of January. l called and left a message to see if I could come in sooner, never got a call back until day before the appointment.
