Walked into the William & So Jewelers store in Camas for a battery change on a watch and I received the most amazing customer service. The service was very friendly and quick and I upgraded the watch band from a generous selection.
What class acts! I dropped by today to get my watch band adjusted. The owner took the links out one by one, testing the fit after each one. I've never had someone take so much care and diligence in something relatively trivial like this. The pride he took in his work was palpable. When he was done they didn't even charge me. I honestly felt bad, I felt like they more than deserved compensation for all that work! William & Son Jewelers is wonderful. The owners are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Their experience in the business is evident, but what really sets them apart is their customer service. To top it off, the store is immaculate and well designed. You will not regret your visit.
This is a gem of a shop in the heart of downtown Camas. I gave Stephen a call today to see if he could help in resizing my watches, and he said to come on down. As soon as I entered his shop, he greeted me with a smile and had both of my watches fitting perfectly in a matter of minutes. As much as I appreciate the fantastic service, I enjoyed our conversation even more. Thanks again, Stephen!
If you want a jeweler that cares about their customers, then look no further than William & Son jewelers. Not only did Stephen and Carol walk along side my wife as they make sure the ring she got was everything she's ever wanted in an wedding ring, they made us feel welcome in their shop every time we stopped by. It is without a doubt in my mind that I plan to continue coming back for all my wife and I's jewelry needs and would HIGHLY recommend them.
