The best quality service I've experienced. Had a couple rings resized, needed them done quickly before a vacation. They said they would have it done within a week. The competitors were out months. During the cleaning, a few small stones were missing, but found in the machine. The owner not only put them back in at no charge but took my wedding set downtown Portland for an appraisal and refused my offer of payment.

I came in with a loose stone in my ring and moments later he had it fixed and even gave it a clean for me! He was so friendly! It was a great little visit! I would totally recommend stopping in to see their jewelry and experience the excellent service.

Several years ago, I gave this company my mother's wedding band to enlarge my wedding band to fuse our lives together. It was a very small size difference. It looks like they added a tiny amount of gold but never returned the extra gold. It didn't occur to ask for the rest of this precious momento back and they jeweler never offered it.
