Lifesaver! I needed a ring resized in one week and William & Son Jewelers did it quicker than that, for a great price. I will be returning every time I need anything done with jewelry!
If you are looking for beautiful jewelry, honesty and the BEST customer service ever, then you have to shop here at William & Son! Don't look anywhere else!! My daughter in law bought my son's ring here but she lives over seas and Stephen went above and beyond to help her! I took the ring with me to the Republic of Georgia for the wedding and then when my son and daughter in law came here for the summer, after the wedding, he was able to size her ring even though only my sons ring was bought here! The best quality service I've experienced. Had a couple rings resized, needed them done quickly before a vacation. They said they would have it done within a week. The competitors were out months. During the cleaning, a few small stones were missing, but found in the machine. The owner not only put them back in at no charge but took my wedding set downtown Portland for an appraisal and refused my offer of payment.
