The staff is amazing. They are caring and make sure your are comfortable every step of the way. Karen goes over and above to make herself available for any questions or concerns you may have. Now let's talk about infusion day. The check in process is quick and they are always friendly. The nurses are also very caring and friendly but there is something special about Nicole. At this point she is like family. She brightens up my day and makes this a great experience. She is so positive and comforting and funny. I just love her... read more
