Needs to retire
Should have retired eons ago, not a modern practice. everything is done through pencil an d paper so it takes forever for orders to be sent in I waited over 2 weeks for and MRI order to be sent in , no medical assistance on site just he doctor and a receptionist- very old school so everything is super slow. They also don't use computes of any sort. doctor is cranky and passive aggressive when talking to you asks the same question over and over then takes forever to comprehend what you are saying and write it all down

The office is very depressing. He asked me the same questions over and over and it was irritating me. I sat there on the hard chair for nearly an. Couldn't wait to leave.hour
Terrible place of business. Dr Samuel’s knowledge of neurology is not up for debate but certainly one can make an argument that their service is severely lacking. Had a syncope issue in May and seen Dr. Samuel up until September when they gave me a return to work date. Today, January 13th, 2023 I was charged for a “service” performed in September, specifically to have DMV paperwork sent in to clear my suspended license.
