Been trying to make an appointment since August. for my son. Went to his office today no one is there. Has Dr. Wooddell relocated. I never received a letter saying he no longer was receiving patients. ****
I had surgery on my right foot for hammer toes Nov. 13th, 2018. I called three times, leaving a message with MA and last time with nurse. He won't return my calls, wants me to come in. I wanted to ask him why it's taking so long to heal for it'll be five months April 13, 2019. The two toes next to my big toe are still swollen and hurt some. I wanted to ask him does it normally take this long to heal? His nurse wasn't very nice, said I must come in. It's bad he won't return calls......
He is fantastic! Trust him 100%! Knowledgeable and pleasant.
Dr Wooddell is the best of the best. Today I had my fifth surgery and everyone from the offic to prep to or was a pleasant experience. I recommend him for anyone to see. You will not be disappointed.
This is the best doctor in Hampton Roads until I'm treated by someone better. He should have 5 stars across the board. Dr. Wooddell puts your needs first. I only wish he specialized in more areas of surgery because he's that good. I'd recommend him to anyone.
Very friendly staff and excellent Doctor. He listens to patient input, engages well and is thorough in evaluating medical issues and treatment options. Extremely helpful, highly recommend this provider.
I tried for 4 days during normal office hours to make an appointment and only reached the answering service. She attempted to transfer me but couldn't get anyone to answer in the office either. Not a good start for a doctor/patient relationship. If the Dr. and office staff are that busy then it makes me wonder if my care would be too much for him to handle at this point. Off to find another doctor.
