Dr. Mortensen took care of my 1 year old. He was personable and took the time to explain and address her issue. He left us with a good follow up plan for care. Scheduling was straightforward and the support staff was excellent.
I was sent to Dr Mortensen by my PCP. The first visit, I was quite surprised by his choice of language. It was bad enough, but when he dropped the "F" bomb on my second visit, I felt I was certainly not in a professional's office. That's when I decided never to return and to tell my PCP. No one has ever accused me of being a prude, but I expect a certain degree of professionalism from my doctors. It is not like we were sitting in a bar and throwing back a few
