What an experience today with Dr. William S. Hoffmeister. The way you spoke to me was unacceptable—your yelling and anger were completely uncalled for, and I did not feel safe in your presence. A simple “Ma’am, excuse me” would have resolved the situation, but instead you chose anger and intimidation. No one deserves to be treated that way. I would never recommend you to anyone, as I would be ashamed of your behavior and concerned for their well-being.
