We put my grandson in here Saturday. The 2 ladies were nice when we got him sighed in and get all the paperwork. What we find unexceptable is I called the place this morning at 9:30 a.m. I left a message to please call me back. So at 10:45 I called them they said she was on the phone. For us to call back 10-20 mins. So at 11:05 we called again. They put us through. She answered and said she was on the phone with another parent. Said she'd call us back. At 5pm my husband and myself agree she wasn't calling us back!
