Love Dr Cook! He's helped me get better & become the best version of me! The front office is so sweet! I read the other reviews & I highly disagree with what was said. If u can't make ur appointment u call ahead of time & the price is not $500 it's actually $275!! But to everyone Dr Cook is amazing
If you strictly go by care of the physician and he's definitely five star if you have a problem with payment or other issues than this isn't really the site to review the physician
I was reffered to Dr Cook as highly recommended for mental health and wanted to check him out for a friend. When I called last year in 2020 his front office told me there was a waiting list of about a dozen people ahead and expect a few months is all to get in. I called back after 4 months and got the same story, so I patiently waited. Did the same after 8 months amd began to wonder. I don’t have a personal experience with the doctor but his office staff is quite rude. AND they refused to see a patient who had suffered a medical condition and was hospitalized and unable to go to their office or contact them for two and half months because she was in ICU AND now when she contacts them to get her medication they refuse to see her AT ALL.
