I sat in Dr Cook's office while I listen to him speak to someone about an illegal Suboxone prescription that he said could take his license away . This is under oath I can give you the date he didn't get rid of the patient or the secretary and I'm forwarding all this information along with other pertinent information about times not seen 4 minute phone calls for over 6 years with no in person appointments to the Mississippi DEA and the licensing bureau that could let someone like this keep practicing All I asked for was my r... read more
I saw Dr Cook for about 9 years for four of them I only spoke to him 3 minutes on a phone call every 3 months mostly gossiping about Jackson prep.. One of his secretaries has called my home to see if I could help with her son being arrested with a gun I've also ever heard conversations where he is upset with a secretary because of a illegal Suboxone prescription so be careful
I'm not a patient of Dr Cook but he's my daughters doctor, Since my daughter has been seeing him she has become so much better & she's back living her life! So I wanna thank you Dr cook for getting my daughter better!
Love Dr Cook! He's helped me get better & become the best version of me! The front office is so sweet! I read the other reviews & I highly disagree with what was said. If u can't make ur appointment u call ahead of time & the price is not $500 it's actually $275!! But to everyone Dr Cook is amazing
