Excellent service, very friendly and professional. A provider that listens and explains his answers to questions asked in a calm manner that reduces anxiety about a procedure or recovery from a procedure. One that makes time for his patients without making one feel that they are a problematic patient.
Dr Rubenstein was very nice. We talked about the pain. Suggested a cortisone shot. Thinks it more arthritis than anything more serious. Hope it feels better in a few days. Everyone in this office is really caring and concerned.
Very professional and though. Much to my dislike I’ve use SMN numerous times over the years. All my experiences ended with my full recovery. I would highly recommend SMN .
We love Dr. Rubinstein and the whole practice of Sports Medicine North. They are very organized, almost always take you right in on time, you can get your x-rays done at the same place and they have a host of other services all in the same building.
