Rod recently sold my mother’s home after almost a two year struggle with will and probate problems. I live in Pennsylvania. Rod was a god send. He went above and beyond what you would ever expect from your sales person. When anything came up, he handled it for me. We had water damage and he jumped right in and got it taken care of before any more damage occurred. He repeatedly mowed the lawn for me as I knew no one.
