William Robinson is a good doctor, HOWEVER, if you receive a phone call from him, expect to pay him for a regular doctor visit. He only called me to read me my test results. I was charged for a doctors visit. Make sure you go to the patient portal to review the doctor appointments. I was given a doctor appointment without me scheduling it and I had to cancel it. If I didn’t, they would have charged me a no show. As a result from just 1 visit, I am no longer going to this location.
That SOB left that location and failed to notify all of his patients he’s no longer with that practice. Some oath huh
The negative experience I had originally began with office staff calling the day of my appointment to change the time when I was already in transit to their office. Dr. Robinson rewrote all prescriptions of mine, from my previous doctor who had retired, w/o any problems. With each visit he began to direct me to tell my other doctors that they would have to take over certain prescriptions. I did this and when I returned with an outcome he didn't like he became angry.
