I'm so glad I found this salon! My longtime stylist moved away and I was reluctant to try anywhere else. I had a couple misses before finding William Robert, but this salon is excellent. The atmosphere is very welcoming and everyone is friendly and helpful. Bill took the time to find out what I wanted and is very skilled at cutting hair. 10/10 experience--I can't wait to come back.

This is my second time coming here and this time I was not as happy with my results. Zellie did a balayage on me to make my hair lighter and honestly it didn’t look any different from the first session! Not to mention while there ,all of a sudden I needed all this extra stuff in my hair that she didn’t do when I first went ! So I felt like I got ripped off!! I asked for layers and all I got was bangs cut and trim , I’m not happy at all I thought I found my salon but unfortunately I will no longer come here.

I visited yesterday and requested long layers and swoop bangs. While the person who washed my hair did a great job, once I sat in Zellie’s chair, the experience went downhill. She was friendly, but I have anxiety about anyone touching my hair, and the service made me feel uncomfortable. During the blow dry, she sprayed water into my hair and didn’t apply any oil, leaving it extremely dry. She also struggled with my hair type when blow drying.
