I was fortunate to work with Angie Calderaio, who is based out of the North Palm Beach office, on the sale of my Dad's Palm Beach Gardens condo. Unprofessional, rude and incompetent realty company. I made an offer on a rental unit represented by William Raveis Realty and the agent would not carry my offer forward because it was under asking price and not what it was rented for last year. Made a complaint to management and was given the brush off. Ironically, I wound up renting in the same area from another realtor who recommended I go in under asking price. Market is softening, but realtors like William Raveis Realty are doing everything they can to keep prices high.... read more
