Extremely disappointing experience with Bill Heenan & Amber Heenan. During our closing, both commissions in a dual agent transaction were not clearly disclosed on one statement. We were later told we owed an additional $1,125 after closing. Rather than taking accountability for the lack of transparency, the blame was shifted elsewhere. I have my house listed with them for sale they told me I can back out anytime I wanted to but that was a lie they also think it's OK to come in my house with out permission after hours because it's the owners daughter im still trying to see what's missing in my house besides my medications unbelievable results trying to talk to the business owner even though I have pictures of his daughter after hours I in my house would rather wait till contract is over than trust them in my house again
