Grace Glynn was the seller's agent for the house I purchased. The most difficult real estate agent to deal with. She should have ensured her client was completely moved out prior to closing and she didn't. That costed me and extra $2,000 in expenses. Movers, hotel and more stress. Terrible. She also allowed the owners to stay at the house while I had the home inspection done. So very awkward!!!
Worst in the business. I would run from both Adelia and Bonnie if they are associated with your account. Find a company who values your business because there are a ton of them out there!
