Ridiculously unprofessional experience from start to finish. The real estate office and their affiliated attorneys completely failed to handle even basic communication and follow-through. Calls and emails were ignored, timelines were not respected, and important matters were left unresolved. Their lack of professionalism and accountability caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Worst real estate agency out there. They are SNEAKY and VERY pushy. Beware buyers and sellers.
Realtor that we dealt with through this office communicated poorly & did minimal to sell our house. Luckily we knew our house would sell itself. I strongly recommend before you choose a realtor you interview several.
Was not happy with the service, response times or call backs. I had to get our Attorney involved several times. Our contract was up on November 26, 2022. I have texted the Agent on 11/29 for when the sign will be picked up and our house key returned. No response. I sent an Email on 12/04/22 again asking to have the sign picked up and our key back, still no response.
