I absolutely would never recommend William Raveis and Eva Preuss (the agent) to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. During our process we felt as if Eva rushed us into buying a home that we offered 590k for. She down played all our concerns just to get the deal and even wanted us to sign a contract without our lawyer reviewing it because the sellers were being pushy.
