My husband and I are looking to buy a place and I recently went to an open house with Pam Kirkby as the listing agent. She really was not inviting from the start. What really upset me was when I asked a question at the end, her facial expression gave off as if I was stupid for asking it. This really left a bad taste in my mouth. Very unprofessional and lacks social skills! I normally don't write reviews but this really turned me off.
I had Nancy H. as my real estate agent to sell my home and it was the most horrific experience I have ever had. There was a dispute over property lines between a neighbor which interfered with the sale of my home. Nancy was more in contact/communication with my neighbor than me. Nancy was not good with follow up during the sale. I had to constantly call, text, and email to get her attention.
