Bought a house where Ryan Newport and Joseph Tracey were the sellers representation/owner of the property. These guys do not seem to care about individuals. To put it clearly they are in business to make money and that’s all that matters. When viewing property under their listing make sure you see ALL appliances before signing paperwork. Katie Hainsworth Westrin is the greatest realtor I ever had, and I've experienced many relators in the past. She assisted in a sale of my elderly mom's home in CT (while I live in another state), therefore had to explain many specific state procedures to me as well as navigate unusual circumstances and needs (i.e., selling furniture, accommodating transportation barriers, etc.). Agent centric culture! A lot of seasoned agents and opportunities to learn from them. Sales meetings are inspiring and informative. Great location in downtown Branford.

My husband and I are looking to buy a place and I recently went to an open house with Pam Kirkby as the listing agent. She really was not inviting from the start. What really upset me was when I asked a question at the end, her facial expression gave off as if I was stupid for asking it. This really left a bad taste in my mouth. Very unprofessional and lacks social skills! I normally don't write reviews but this really turned me off.
