I sold my dads house last year and the realtor was so nice I can't thank her enough for all she did thank you and Merry Christmas to all who work for this firm
We had Chris Almasi from Carlton Real Estate, the W.R. Real Estate Bath branch as a realtor only six years ago for a home in phippsburg and she assured us there would be no issues with the septic system and we had to get multiple surveyors and septic designs just to keep all of our offers interested and we ultimately lost our best offer. I hope she is still not selling folks on a “bag of goods” to get them to buy homes.
