Will Wilson is by far the cheapest and most rude landlord in all of San Clemente. He refuses to repair the facilities his tenants pay him rent for, leaves for Mexico as to avoid all forms of communication or responsibility in his job as a landlord. He’s had his friends pressure me out of my apartment, eventually resulting in an assault. This is not a safe person to rent or buy any property from. He’ll avoid all interactions after a 30 day notice as to avoid paying back the deposit, totally legal. Do not trust him.
