The most unprofessional doctor I've ever dealt with and I have a chronic illness so I've seen plenty. Wouldn't even sit down to talk to me, didn't listen, rushed me through and left without even explaining what tests we're needed. Had to reschedule follow up appointment because of aforementioned chronic illness and was told that I couldn't get my prescriptions refilled that I've been on for years and was treated like I was trying to scam painkillers or something. I have never seen a doctor like Dr. Procell. I was a little taken back. I'm used to fast appointments where I am shuffled through. Dr. Procell was very comprehensive and took his time and talked to me about other concerns he had beyond what my appointment was for. It's clear that he cares and wants to make sure he helps his patients. I really appreciated how much he asked questions and listened to get to the bottom of chronic issues I've not had resolved with other doctors.
I got to say this dr is amazing. He cares about his patients and goes the extra mile for you if need to. He and his staff take the time to talk to/with you and not at you, and listen to you, answers your questions. Works with you to help find a solution if that may be the case.. I had some issues a few weeks ago, and Dr.Procell and his staff treated me and showed the attention I needed as if I was the only patient there. Took immediate action. Amazing DOCTOR!!!! He is patient, attentive, truly concerned about your welfare and has an awesome personality. I needed to find a permanent healthcare provider and he was a referral from a friend. I was not disappointed...I am so glad to have found Dr. Procell and his wonderful staff. I have encountered other MD's that lacked empathy while going to a emergency or routine office visit. I leave out wanting to snap my insurance card in half-he is not one of those. True 💎...I Thank YOU!!!
Dr. Procell is an amazing physician. He has helped me get my diabetes under control and is a wealth of knowledge. Truly the best.
