I was referred to Dr. Baumann by my primary care doctor due to an ongoing insomnia issue. It took a month to get an appointment. After seeing the doctor he scheduled me for an in clinic sleep study to determine if I had any underlying physical issues that might be causing the insomnia. A follow up with my insurance company was needed from the doctor but they were unwilling to do so and they told me to seek help elsewhere. Seeing Dr. Baumann was a complete waste of my time.
It is next to impossible to be seen, even if you have an appointment. Ridiculous!
