I'm so glad I chose Dr. William Postma for my orthopedic care. The office was very welcoming, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Postma listened to my concerns and explained everything clearly as it related to my knee. I completed my visit feeling confident and well-cared for. This was my first appointment. The front desk staff was genuinely upbeat and attentive. I was called back rather quickly, answered a few questions and then went for x-rays. The x-ray technician was very Courteous and prompt. Shortly after returning to the room from my x-rays Dr. Postma appeared. He has a wonderful bedside manner.
