Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. My wife has some sort of issue in the back of her throat. The doctor (not Dr. Porter, but a new Dr. at this practice who's name I don't remember) looked at it with his flashlight, told us he didn't know what it was and all he could do is refer us to an ENT, then they charged us the co-pay. The Dr. was in the room with us for about 5 minutes. My wife and I wasted half of our day, she's out one vacation day, and $35 for the doctor to tell us he doesn't know and give us a few business cards to local ENT's. Thanks for wasting ou... read more
