Seems overworked. Said he would see me before surgery for last minute questions and reminders, but he didn't. Does not give thorough/technical info, and staff does not know how to upload test results and notes to the internet. It is a hassle getting them to print info.
Dr. Pollard is very professional. Answered all my questions and gave me the information I needed to feel comfortable. Amazing results.
I am here in Alamogordo with my husband who is traveling with his work. I developed some health concerns and didn't know who to go to for care. Dr Pollard was highly recommended. I really am pleased with the care he has given me. I have felt comfortable asking questions and I am doing well since my surgery. His office staff is very kind and takes extra time to comfort and help. I am very happy that I found him and appreciate his care.
So, last week , I had gone to see Dr. Pollard. and this week, we are both going through surgery. He's doing the cutting, and I'm doing the sleeping. all the while he was telling me what he was going to do, he sat next to me holding my hand. Now come on people, how many surgeons, do you know will do that.?? this gentleman, is just that, a real human with feelings.!! And his staff, is just as heartwarming, concerned, and this is a great team. I thank God for them all.!!
Dr. Pollard was very professional yet approachable. From the beginning office visit, to the follow up after surgery, I am very pleased with Dr. Pollard. The office staff were also exceptional. 10 out of 10 for Dr. Pollard and staff!!
