As there is no "button" to state my likelihood to use your company based solely on my agent - Tom Clancy - I have to give your overall organization a 10 and 5 stars. The reality is that TOM and TOM alone is the reason for the rating. The agent makes the transaction - not the "clearing house." Sue Woods, our William Pitt Southeby "seller's" agent, was absolutely the best agent we ever had, period. From our first meeting with her to the day we closed the sale, she was with us and helped every step of the way.
