This storage unit is terrible customer service is of no help I’ve literally been waiting 2 hours to gain access to my unit. I was told by 2 different reps they will call me back after speaking to upper management and I still haven’t received a call, so I called back. I was told the code is working and it isn’t. This is such an inconvenience. They’re quick to lock you out if you miss a payment but drag their feet when you need access to your unit. Avoid this place if you can.
