My pension plan with my employer was sold to this company as an annuity. I had no choice in this change. It's January 2nd and my pension payment for January has not been deposited in my account. Their online system has been saying for days if not longer that it is undergoing maintenance. I called them and have been on hold for more than an hour with no indication if they will ever answer. This company is ridiculous! I sent in paperwork to change my payment account and they sent the form back with no explanation! I agree with others -look elsewhere!
The company has a terrible automated phone system. They do not accept credit card payment online or over the phone. They expect the customer to use a bank account number and routing number to pay over the internet. William Penn Life Insurance does not accept payment over the phone while talking to a representative. Truly disappointed. I suggest looking for coverage somewhere else.
