Dr.Parsons takes his time with every appointment addressing issues, educating, sympathizing, and helping with plan of action. He truly cares about his patients. My 3 year old is going through some behavioral issues and he is so kind and patient with him as well as the nurses.
Good doctor but terrible customer service. Be prepared to wait AT LEAST 1 hour. We’ve come across patients who purposely come to their appointments 30 minutes late because they know this.
Dr. Parsons is an incredible pediatrician. I couldn’t be happier with him as my child’s doctor. He is always gentle, never rushes your appointment, and makes the kids comfortable by joking around with them. He is the best!! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor.
He's a GREAT doctor! Makes your children smile. Very informative and makes sure you understand to the fullest of his ability of what is going on. He is very comforting. Been our family doctor for a few years now. And now he is my daughters doctor. Absolute best pediatrician I have met yet.
