This doctor totally scams patients into expensive test that isn't covered by insurance without telling his patients anything about how much it will cost them or that it's not covered. I refused the test very clearly saying no, then was told it was 'necessary' and pushed to accept it 'so we have test results to send your doctor.' Three weeks later I rec'd about a $150 dollar bill. I had a stent in my left renal artery that had collapsed and I couldn’t have chosen a better surgeon to operate on me. Dr. Shutze was truly amazing. He explained everything thing in a great manor and I was at ease through the whole procedure due to his professionalism. I will tell everyone about him. Hopefully I won’t need surgery ever again but if it was ever necessary I would be headed his way.
I just had carotid artery surgery on 8-10-22, at baylor heart and vascular hospital in Dallas Texas. Dr Vasquez is a great doctor very caring , understanding great bedside manners. I will highly recommend him and his staff , the hospital is wonderful very comfortable family setting. Outstanding service. Very happy Peggy Simpson
Dr. Vasquez, performed surgery on my right leg, Another Dr. had placed a stent in my groin area, 8 hour,s before, Dr. Vasquez, did emergency surgery on me. after an aneurysm,opened my leg,an half of my blood went in the opening.This Dr. Vasquez, saved my leg, as well as my life,in the first of Jan. this year. 2021 His,Staff ,Nurses,an all that work with Him,are the best.THANK YOU DR. DR VASQUEZ DID MY abdominal aneurysm repair 2 plus years ago and my recovery has been excellent the over all experience great. office staff, facility staff all did a very good job..
Dr. Shutze repaired an aneurysm in my carotid artery. I was so scared but he made me feel safe and at peace with having this surgery. He went above and beyond explaining this procedure to me and my family until he knew we understood. I thank God that I was able to go to such an exemplary surgeon. He saved my life and I just can’t speak highly enough of him. Every time I tell someone I had this surgery and who performed it they tell me I had the best and I agree.
