All good. I found good listeners and genuinely carrying persons at IBJI each time I have been there.
Dr. Mosenthal and his staff were very friendly but professional. Dr. took me through my surgery details step by step. He outlined every possible outcome. He then talked about every step of recovery. I think he is an amazing Doctor and highly recommend him and his team.
I’ve been seeing him since November and like the way he engages with me about my condition and treatment plan , he explains my treatment so that I can understand easily. His personality and bedside manner eases my anxiety knowing we have a plan and a goal.
Dr mosenthal was on time and not in a hurry to get through the appointment, explained everything on my MRI and answered all my questions
