I have been to Dr. Horal's office twice. Both were very positive experiences. I feel completely comfortable with the whole staff and highly recommend their services.
He is a phenomenal dentist! Very kind and caring. I have had very bad experiences with dentists and he does a phenomenal job. I am having my front teeth replaced with bonding I have seen pictures of the work he has done so he also offers great cosmetic work for a wonderful smile! He also takes most insurances. Definitely no hesitation needed in choosing him as your dentist. It’s also not a corporation where you are just a number.
Missed My first appointment Because I lost my cell phone Had to drive to Grand Rapids to retrieve my phone And I called them and left them a message explaining what happened And now they will no longer see me... Lady at front desk is very rude And I did see them 5 years ago and And she was just as rude then as she is now.... NOT WORTH THE HASSLE CALL SOMEONE ELSE
Wonderful dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Horal to anyone. Mindy, Shelly and Kayla and the rest of this office are kind and professional as well.
