My experience with Attorney Michelle Fischer has been deeply troubling. She filed and continued to pursue an eviction against medespite knowing that her client, Joshua Laveck, is incarcerated on a felony domestic violence charge in which I am the victim. Whats worse, Ms. Fischer fired Mr. Laveck as her client, yet proceeded with the eviction case under her own name, without clear authority, which is legally and ethically questionable.
