Each and every member of the team has made our journey positive. When my husband Douglas Reid was told he needed to be on oxygen,we were so lost and confused. John and Navreet are so patient and helpful. We are so grateful to the whole team for their consistent cheerfulness, professionalism and knowledge. So glad we are with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just finished an appointment and I was very disappointed. I was told to hurry and make my 4pm appointment because they closed at 5. I took an hour off work to make it sooner. I wasn't seen until 4:10 and my appointment was barely 20 minutes. I was only shown 2 masks and I had to Google to show the lady which one I wanted. She rudely went to the back to get it. There was no machine set up, just turned it on and clicked 3 buttons which I could have done myself. When asking her questions she k... read more

We’ve been working with ProResp for approx a year and it has been a very positive experience. Personnel are knowledgeable and very responsive. Navneet G knows her stuff and efficiently assesses and works with mom with care and precision. Harjot goes the extra mile to bring whatever supplies we need - even bringing oxygen up the stairs during a power outage. Thank you ProResp for you care and support.

I recently purchased a mask, hose, and filters from Prorest, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly from start to finish.
