I asked in advance of an initial meeting with the respiratory therapist if I needed to bring any materials. I also indicated I was a new client. I received confusing emails asking if I already had a medical device in question after this was previously explained. This is a minor issue, but it showed that emails were not being read. I recently visited for my initial CPAP setup, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. Manisha, Michelle, and Satinder were amazing and provided exceptional assistance throughout the process. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything. 100% would recommend their services!
They said they were going to call back in 2 weeks, Victoria never did. Today they call out of blue and tell me it's my fault , good luck getting blood from a stone.
