I found myself needing to help a 95 year old neighbor set up her travel oxygen apparatus today. Having no idea what to do I called the number for Pro rest here at the William Osler branch and got a lovely person named Prthrona on the phone. She walked me through what I needed to do with care and patience. We were able to get my neighbor set up so she could go out and get necessary groceries knowing that her oxygen settings were as prescribed. Thank you so much!!!
I have been on home oxygen since 2014. ProResp Brampton has been my provider over the 12 years. With employees like John- who has been a part of My ProResp journey from the earlier years and Harjot who has some years under his belt, They have helped make ProResp feel like family.
