Really great staff here they really do care about you here and there is the absolute hidden gem of a place called (Leonids) to grab anything from real espresso chocolates, coffee, iced coffees, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, salads, yogurt, parfaits muffins and everything you get here is so fresh and tasty It’s located in the food court

People say the standard of care is poor in Ontario however my experience with this particular hospital was nothing less than stellar . I had GI issue that I would never expect was scary and the nurses and drs I had were absolutely amazing . They were patient. Understanding caring . Explained each issue in detail

Dr. Rishi Kumar has been treating me for a number of years now at the mental outpatient clinic and he has done nothing but wonders for my health and I plan to continue seeing him. On another note, Dr.Getachew Mazengia is a horrible emergency physician, I went in with a chronic illness and was in terrible pain, he said he would immediately provide pain medications and other medications I should be receiving until the results came back. I am giving Etobicoke General Hospital 2.5 stars because of my experience with the follow-up after my Emergency Department visit. I was seen in the Emergency Department on August 24, 2026, because of kidney stones. The doctor told me that a urologist would contact me to arrange a follow-up appointment. I waited 17 days, but no urologist or urology clinic contacted me. I then called the hospital to find out what was happening.
