I left here crying in pain and no one would do anything; no one listened to my complaints of pain the entire night and they treated me as if I was some sort of junkie. Just here for dope.. I was worse off when I left than when I got there.

Excellent service and staff. First time there and everyone was very attentive and helpful. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the facility. I would recommend this hospital without a second thought.
The nurses and Doctors are caring and they are supper nice.
This is hospital is ok, just like any hospital but depending on your condition they will take care of you quickly. This past Tuesday I had to call fire rescue because I cut myself on a piece of ceramic and I was bleeding a lot so they took me in pretty quick and I got there at 1 in the morning and got out by 5 in the morning. My nephew has been there since Friday with a collapsed lung and has received the worse care ever! Lack of empathy and professionalism! Lack of care all together! No sense of urgency. They keep saying tomorrow it will get done and we are going on Tuesday now. Patient Centered Care? I have already told my sister to make a formal complaint with the AOD or call the Hospital System directly for some intervention. I'm not sure who we have to get involved? AHCAA? This is unacceptable.

I go in and out of here for my heart..This is the best..Great Drs in ER and the nurses are terrific If u have to stay over the food is like going to a Marriot... Can't say the same for memorial Reginald..
