If it is whiskey (or whisky) we probably have what you are looking for. Aside from whisk(e)y we have professionally crafted cocktails, a large selection of Colorado-made spirits, and Colorado-only beer.

Just had lunch for the first time at William Oliver's. Our awesome waiter painstakingly explained the beer options and brought me two tasters he thought I might enjoy. He was spot on. Food was delicious. Feta coleslaw was a scrumptious twist on an old stand-by. Coming back ASAP.
Is usually very good tho tonight when I stopped in the service SUCKED!!!! :(
Mmm it smells like bacon. Love love having a cocktail bar within walking distance of my home. Wonderful whiskey and friendly waitstaff.
The new expansion is great! I love how you maintained the coziness of the original bar, yet expanded to provide additional seating and outstanding food offerings If you feel like watching a game, the new side is for you. If you like not having any TV distractions so you can be present with those at your table, the original bar side is for you. Finally, I really appreciate the local Colorado beer and spirits emphasis. The quality and variety we have to offer in our lovely state is amazing.
Best Fort Collins has to offer! Great whiskey, beer, and food! BACON.....need I say more?!
