I've rented from Olasov for 2 years and he is hands down the best landlord I have ever had. Anytime I need anything repaired he is on it within a day, and most of the time within the hour. I've rented in Charleston for 8 years and he is BY FAR the best. He is a busy guy, he's short and quick to the point, but he gets it done. I honestly can't say enough good things. Thank you William for being so awesome - I have LOVED renting from you over the years.
