There are reasons and then there are excuses. I got excuses. My only purpose for today's visit '3/11/26', was to get answers about inner sole pads; pricing, insurance and other questions that may have come up during the consultation. Well that never happened. I waited in the room for 27-minutes. No update on time nor why I waited so long. I feel that they forgot I was even there. I paid a $50 copay and didn't recieve any services, only the assistant answering what she could and referring my questions to Dr. McGlone. I have s... read more
