I'm new to the area, and recently visited William Newton Hospital with a nonemergent medical need. ALL the staff, from the front desk, to check-in and check-out, Nurses, Techs, and Physician, were AMAZING. Professional, attentive, and thorough. I was seen, diagnosed, and discharged quickly with all my questions asked and follow up care in place. 5 STARS, Highly recommended.
I just want to say thank you to the staff at William Newton Hospital. Every person we interacted with treated us with the utmost care and respect as we welcomed our sweet girl into this world! Paige, the day shift OB nurse, was amazing. Knowledgeable and always willing to explain things so I could understand, and was right there ready to help any time we needed. Went to the er today and nurse kramp Steven was the best to me, made me feel safe and comfortable. Fantastic bed side manner.
I typically have never had any problems with WNH that is why I took my son to their urgent care or (fast track) we where visiting from out of town and my son had a pretty bad rash on him so we took him to be seen and the NP that came in to see him was just sitting on his phone googling photos and comparing them with my sons rash! We had already done this at home which is why we brought him in because we had no idea what it was or if it was infected. But that is all he did google photos and compare!
