The staff at William Newton are the best hands down! I just went through my 2nd surgery in my life and it went great. I was discharged from the hospital at around 7 PM. This is the best hospital that has a small town atmosphere and they are very knowledgeable and caring!
EDIT UPDATE: I have since my review contacted the WNH billings department twice and been hung up on! The grievances office is supposed to contact me back... but of course never has. Absolutely abysmal services, impossible to even speak with anyone on the phone. Offered me services that are out of network and misled me into believing they will be 100% covered if I just get preauthorization, which was not the case. They seem to be engaging in predatory tactics from my experience. Will render services they know will not be cove... read more
