My appt was for 1 PM. One girl did a brief health check and sent me back to sit. Never got a field test, or dilated for over 2 hours after complaining up front twice. Finally was given my field test then waited. Someone finally dialted me in the hall way, then pictures of my eye and I waited again. I love Dr. White but it was exactly 3 hours before I got to see him. It was horrible. It's a good thing he is retiring because I will NEVER return to the Dansville office.
