The receptionist was very rude. I needed to reschedule my childs appointment due to my work schedule. I was told I couldnt reschedule. They then went on to tell me that I confirmed the appointment. That was a lie. I hadnt heard from them so I called the day before the appointment. They were completly inconsiderate. I guess being the only pediactric dentist in our area gives them the authority to treat people any kind of way. I will travel to another state before taking my child here.
So, I visited this clinic because my son is experiencing pain when eating and drinking. First off this establishment was ran down the bathroom was filthy. The waiting room has chairs that all of them are severally stained although this clinic is supposed to be catered to children however it only has four kids chairs. Not to mention I waited three hours to be seen and when I asked the receptionist she stated because of my son's age and they only had one dentist for his age.
