Dr. Katkov is top notch. Very easy to talk to and listens well.

I did not feel I had his complete attention as he was driving his car while talking to me.

The doctor took the appointment in his car. It's unlikely he had any of the information I had to fill out in front of him. It was awkward and distracting to have a medical appointment with someone who appeared to be driving while talking to me.
